Advanced Manufacturing Technology

Our production process combines modern technology with quality control to create superior waterproofing products:

Polypropylene pellets are melted and extruded through spinnerets to form continuous filaments. These filaments are laid onto a moving conveyor belt to form a web, which is then bonded using heat and pressure.

  • Produces uniform, high-strength non-woven fabric
  • Allows precise control of fabric weight and thickness
  • Environmentally friendly with minimal waste

Molten polyethylene is extruded directly onto the non-woven substrate, creating a strong, permanent bond as it cools. This process creates a waterproof barrier while maintaining the fabric's flexibility.

  • Creates superior bond strength
  • Allows precise control of film thickness
  • Energy efficient process

High-frequency ultrasonic energy is used to bond materials together without adhesives. This creates strong seams without compromising breathability.

  • Creates strong bonds without additional materials
  • Maintains material permeability
  • Ideal for specialized products

Automation & Quality Control

Our manufacturing process incorporates advanced automation to ensure consistent quality:

  • Automated Thickness Control: Laser sensors monitor material thickness in real-time
  • Precision Tension Systems: Maintain consistent material handling throughout production
  • In-line Quality Inspection: Computer vision systems detect defects immediately
  • Automated Roll Handling: Reduces manual handling and potential damage
  • Centralized Control System: Operators monitor all lines from a central station
Automation increases consistency and reduces human error
